- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and threats

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2020s tech deployment experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Track record of scaling technology concepts from prototype to commercialization
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis and ROI modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder management experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
