Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmap for 2026 implementation horizon
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends through market analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investors quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototype development
- Collaborate with MIT/Stanford on future-focused research initiatives
- Drive sustainability integration into all technological deployments
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum projects
- Deep knowledge of 2026 tech landscape (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills
- Published research or patents in future-tech fields
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
