Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of external technology partners and academic institutions
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting future innovation
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused tech initiatives (2018-2025)
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management experience
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in technology forecasting or innovation management preferred
