Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead market research and competitive analysis for emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic computing, decentralized AI)
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 5-year commercialization timelines
- Advocate for ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation practices across industry coalitions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders including UN technology councils
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 10+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or blockchain)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Executive-level experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
