Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 tech leaders
- Analyze global tech policy and regulatory landscapes to mitigate risks and identify opportunities
- Mentor innovation teams and cultivate a culture of experimental thinking and calculated risk-taking
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
