Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and assess commercial viability
- Develop go-to-market strategies for next-gen products and services
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation task force
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Porter's Five Forces)
