Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Architect secure, ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and machine learning applications
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and industry boards
- Author thought leadership publications on technological convergence trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Proven track record in developing commercialized emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate modeling
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
