Responsibilities
- Design and prototype scalable quantum-AI hybrid systems for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing carbon-negative computing infrastructure
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech disruptions
- Architect secure-by-design frameworks for next-gen distributed networks
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Mentor junior technologists in emerging methodologies and ethical tech principles
- Present innovations to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Tech
- 5+ years prototyping production-level quantum-AI integration systems
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or top-tier conferences
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge architectures
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep knowledge of ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 standards for ethical tech
- Proficiency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
