Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and carbon-neutral infrastructure
- Forge strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and academic research institutions
- Present technology foresight briefings to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-era applications (neuromorphic chips, decentralized AI)
- Oversee patent portfolios and intellectual property strategy for emerging tech domains
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in climate tech frameworks (TCFD, SBTi) and sustainable innovation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 tech journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in Mandarin/Japanese for APAC market expansion
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq)
