Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage technology incubation programs for high-potential concepts
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track implementation progress
- Represent Nexus at industry forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching innovative products at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional communication abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (papers/patents)
