Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI solutions to enterprise level
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE Nature on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
