- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-tech initiatives into product roadmaps
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for pilot programs and R&D partnerships
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through data-driven executive reports
- Build and lead a 15-person innovation lab with global remote teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI and sustainable tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/biotech experience required)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Quantum AI, MIT Future Tech)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, or similar)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling
