Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling R&D budgets >$50M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis)
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or VC funding
- Strong network with global research institutions and tech pioneers
