Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market evolution and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating quantum computing, generative AI, and bio-digital interfaces
- Conduct scenario planning for technological singularity impacts on business models
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural network governance
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction paradigms
- Drive sustainability initiatives through carbon-negative technology implementations
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board with compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor emerging talent in our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (10+ years experience may substitute)
- Proven track record architecting technology roadmaps with 3+ years horizon planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent industry white papers
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of technological convergence patterns and exponential growth curves
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
