Responsibilities

- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets across 12 concurrent projects
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and venture capital partners
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Oversee prototype development and commercialization pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in future technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable systems
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting tools
