Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, academic institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks and pilot programs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning within the innovation ecosystem
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum computing)
- Executive-level communication skills with experience presenting to boards and investors
