Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups, AI research institutes, and space-tech ventures
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies with 18-24 month commercialization potential
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage $50M innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Represent Innovate Corp at global tech summits including Web Summit, CES, and Davos Future Tech Forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on 3+ major product launches
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with PhD preferred
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or blockchain infrastructure
- Track record of building and scaling innovation teams across multiple continents
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier-1 publication
- Experience securing $100M+ in venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain US Top Secret clearance
