Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum/biotech solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across global timezones
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
