- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future use cases
- Develop governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of technology futurists and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching technology futures initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Shell's Two Horizons)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation journals
