- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential commercialization
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a high-performance innovation lab with $5M+ annual budget
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Successful track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with federal grant applications for tech innovation programs
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology management frameworks
