Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks through patent strategy and IP monetization
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on technology disruption vectors
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and research consortia
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech, space tech)
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex futures
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
