Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026-2030 horizon, identifying disruptive innovations in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Architect R&D frameworks for emerging tech integration, translating market opportunities into actionable technical blueprints
- Direct cross-functional innovation labs, coordinating between engineering, design, and business teams
- Develop patent strategies and IP protection protocols for breakthrough technologies
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation cycles

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
