- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum applications and AI governance

- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, biocompatible interfaces) for market viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Create ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or climate AI
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ years market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
