Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology strategy for 2026-2030, focusing on AI ethics, quantum adoption, and climate tech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation pipeline efficiency
- Represent company at global tech summits and standards organizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500/Unicorn experience
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: quantum computing, AGI frameworks, climate tech
- Proven track record of launching at least three market-defining tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Deep understanding of geopolitical tech policy and regulatory landscapes
