Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Translate future trends into actionable product strategies and innovation pipelines
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring future-readiness and innovation impact
- Partner with marketing to position company as future-tech thought leader
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation consulting
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Track record of launching successful future-oriented products
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning a plus
