- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite stakeholders to prototype future-facing solutions
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling ROI projections and risk-mitigation frameworks
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for breakthrough innovations
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 tech pioneers
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technology architects
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the board with 3-year market impact projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact by 2026
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Executive-level experience securing and managing $10M+ innovation budgets
