Role Overview:
You will serve as the technical steward of our roadmap toward 2026. Your decisions today will dictate our capabilities in five years. You will lead architectural reviews, mentor senior engineers, and ensure our platforms are resilient against the rapid evolution of automation.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design the overarching system architecture for our upcoming product suite, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Oversee the transition of legacy systems to frameworks that are compatible with future quantum computing developments.
- AI Governance: Establish ethical guidelines and technical constraints for deploying autonomous AI agents within enterprise environments.
- High-Performance Systems: Optimize core systems for low-latency data processing and real-time generative feedback loops.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product and business units to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to design systems that anticipate technological shifts, including Quantum Computing and Edge AI.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
