- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Develop comprehensive risk mitigation frameworks for disruptive technology adoption
- Create executive-level briefings and technology adoption frameworks for C-suite stakeholders

Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech deployment
- Proven track record in AI/ML implementation, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
