- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for global markets
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and autonomous system deployment
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization horizons
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on multi-year roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives across global teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of technology lifecycle management from R&D to decommissioning
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning and forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with agile frameworks in long-term strategic contexts
