Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for real-world problem-solving
- Lead experimental validation of quantum advantage in enterprise applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-compatible AI architectures
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or AI
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
