Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing systems using superconducting qubits and topological quantum computing principles
- Design error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for practical 2026 applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Secure patents for novel quantum gate architectures and entanglement protocols
- Partner with government agencies on post-quantum cryptography standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years quantum architecture experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, LDPC) and fault-tolerant computing
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum system design
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical HPC systems
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
