Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for 2026 market demands
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and blockchain applications
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for commercial viability
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen digital experiences
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs for R&D collaboration
- Present technological vision to C-suite executives and investors to secure funding and resources
- Ensure all innovations align with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML implementation, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience leading global R&D teams with $50M+ innovation budgets
- Deep understanding of tech regulatory landscapes (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in disruptive technologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) or equivalent
