Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for strategic acquisition/partnership opportunities
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and responsible innovation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology trends and implications
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Expertise in forecasting technology trends and market disruption cycles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex tech concepts to business value
- Experience building innovation frameworks and scaling technology ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
