Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product/service concepts
- Perform competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future technology solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on business growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive experience
- Portfolio demonstrating past technology innovation initiatives
- Experience in agile development methodologies preferred
