You will architect scalable neural networks and deploy them into high-performance production environments. Your work will directly impact how millions of users interact with intelligent systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and train complex deep learning models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Optimize model performance for edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to define the roadmap for Project 2026.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and model explainability.
- Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough unit and integration testing.
- Present research findings and technical solutions to stakeholders and the broader engineering team.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in building and deploying production-level AI models.
- Expert-level knowledge of Python and C++.
- Proven track record with LLMs, Transformers, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
