Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end design of scalable AI infrastructure, specifically focusing on 2026 predictive modeling and quantum hybrid systems.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale machine learning models to ensure sub-millisecond latency.
- R&D Integration: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype cutting-edge technologies expected to mature by 2026.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols for AI data pipelines and autonomous decision-making systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated experience in researching or implementing technologies relevant to the 2026 horizon, such as Neuromorphic Computing or Edge AI.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup or enterprise environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
