Responsibilities
- Architect Future AI Systems: Design and implement cutting-edge Agentic AI architectures designed for the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal systems, focusing on efficiency and reasoning capabilities.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging trends in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and translate them into actionable technical roadmaps for the engineering team.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias mitigation and responsible AI deployment to ensure our systems are safe and equitable.
- Collaborative Leadership: Mentor junior researchers and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to bring futuristic concepts to reality.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Tool Proficiency: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-based inference platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems with limited historical data.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
