Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence, aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in decentralized AI networks and neuro-quantum interfaces
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $1B+ disruptive potential through patent analysis and venture scouting
- Develop strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA-funded initiatives
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee the creation of proprietary technology forecasting models using predictive analytics
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and CES as a thought leader in exponential technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 10+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven track record launching technologies with $500M+ market impact (e.g., quantum computing applications)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech) with published industry whitepapers
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from government grants and venture capital
- Exceptional proficiency in scenario planning using Monte Carlo simulations and Bayesian forecasting
- Strategic partnerships with IEEE, ACM, or similar tech innovation bodies
- Portfolio of 3+ patents in emerging technologies or strategic technology roadmaps
