Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with company vision for 2026
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology landscape assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with technology startups and research institutions
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level digital transformation
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Certification in technology management (CTM, CTO, or equivalent preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
