Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints exploring quantum computing, generative AI, and Web3 applications
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate emerging technology investments
- Present technology roadmaps to board members and regulatory bodies
- Build and lead a specialized futures research team
- Produce annual 'Technology Horizon' whitepapers for industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling technology-driven ventures
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems, biotech convergence
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in technology journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain government tech contracts
