Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record leading $50M+ R&D initiatives with measurable market impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or generative AI
- Published research in IEEE/Nature journals on future technology trends
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and government bodies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
