Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with $50M+ R&D budget
- Lead cross-functional teams across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global innovation hubs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Oversee patent portfolio development targeting 200+ filings by 2026
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry publications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Japanese for global partnerships
- Security clearance eligibility for classified R&D initiatives
