Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
- Published research on disruptive technology trends
- Executive presentation skills with C-suite audiences
