Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Analyze global tech disruptors and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through compelling pitches to investors and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products valued at $10M+
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, climate-tech AI
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience securing venture capital or government innovation grants
- MBA or MS in Technology Management, Engineering, or equivalent
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
