Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and evaluation of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4, etc.) for commercial viability
- Architect scalable digital ecosystems integrating IoT, blockchain, and immersive computing platforms
- Collaborate with product teams to define next-gen user experiences and service delivery models
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and academic research institutions
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, tech scouting, and R&D pipeline management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic AI, spatial web)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation (patents, white papers, keynotes)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and DevOps environments
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CDTM)
