Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year technology strategy roadmap aligned with company vision and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, Web3, etc.) for commercial viability
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology implementation and responsible innovation
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future trends (2025-2030 horizon)
- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into business value
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making approach
