Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of the 2026 strategic product vision and long-term roadmap.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging tech trends, AI capabilities, and consumer behavior shifts leading up to 2026.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align 2026 initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term product development cycles.
- Oversee the innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and future-proofing.
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders and the board of directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management or Strategic Planning within the Technology sector.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term product strategies (3-5 year horizon).
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and their future trajectory.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
