Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure)
- Document technical procedures and system documentation
- Assist in network security monitoring and incident response
- Develop automation scripts using Python/PowerShell
- Support hardware/software deployment across 50+ endpoints
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct user training sessions for internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python/Java preferred)
- Experience with Linux/Windows command-line interfaces
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly during program
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
