Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces) for strategic integration opportunities
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present strategic roadmaps and impact assessments to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive adoption of future-proof technology architectures across global operations
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting long-term tech strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals or industry forums
- Experience building and leading global R&D teams of 50+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives driving market transformation
