Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for market viability and competitive advantage
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify high-impact opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies
- Build quantitative models to assess ROI and risk of strategic tech investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making skills
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
